For as far back as I can remember, I was trying to fit into all these training programs to help advance my cycling.  I would miss a training class because of work, traffic, illness, etc and there was no way to make it up.  I also have done construction for a living, which more often than not involved an intense physical workout.  I would seem to forget that it was actually more training, only to realize at the onset of my racing season that I had over trained and was exhausted.  That was when I realized that it was time to take matters into my own hands.  I was able to use all the knowledge I had acquired and tailor it not only to me, but my lifestyle.  From then on, I didn't have to worry about putting my life on hold so that I could get to a class that only happened at a specific day and time! I didn't have to worry about overtraining because I was able to modify my workouts to fit into my life - and that is what I want to do for you!

This isn't your ordinary coaching program - it's your tailored training program, designed by you!  I simply make suggestions as to how to make what you already do, BETTER! You tell me about your job, your lifestyle, the exercise and training routines you have now, the time you have available to train in - and I recommend how you can get more of what you already do and optimize the time that you have to work out in!

The best part of this program... you can use it in conjunction with any coach's program or any team's program regardless of your team affiliation.  Furthermore, it is a service that you can use no matter where you are in the world!
