Tri-State Velo Ride Saturday and Sunday Mornings
from the front of the Art Museum at 9am on the right side (facing
Museum city at your back.) This ride is a controlled pace usually
two by two pace line. Distance and pace varies!

Vino Velo Saturday Ride from the Italian Fountain
(back of Art Museum.) This ride is usually a ride as hard as you can
out to Ambler Temple campus and back! It is usually a very varied
terrain but always the same ride!

Vino Velo Sunday Ride from the Italian Fountain
(back of Art Museum) This ride is usually a recovery ride with
varied terrain!

Tuesday Night Airport Training ride. This is a
fast paced race oriented ride that has breaks and pace line
cornering! This ride starts at 6 pm near the 8th police district
police station! [this ride outside of daylight savings time is a
fixed gear controlled tempo pace line ride, During daylight savings
it is all out all gears.]

Tuesday night Drives Ride. This ride hits Falls
Bridge at about 6pm and usually does three laps of the drives at a
race pace! It is usually a two person pace line moving very fast
with cars all around!

Thursday night Climbing Ride. This ride usually
meets at the Bull Dog at Fairmount and Pennsylvania Ave. at 6pm.
This ride gets longer and shorter depending on the amount of day
light hours available, but promises a few good climbs at or near
race pace!

Thursday night Jersey Greentree ride. This ride is
in Cherry Hill New Jersey and starts at 6 pm. It is a full race pace
training ride that lasts for one hour!!

Saturday Morning Summit Ride (old UNO ride) This
ride leaves at 8:30 in the Winter and 8 am in the Summer. This is a
nice ride that starts out at a warm up pace for about 15 miles then
after a designated point hammers with one sprint till a final sprint
point! After the sprint it is a cool down ride back to P J
Wheelahan's parking lot on Rt 70!

Tuesday and Thursday night during the Winter there
is also a ride that goes up into Fairmount park that leaves the Bull
Dog Park at 6 pm on both days. The Tuesday ride is usually a
controlled lapped event with sprints in a Points race format. Then
the Thursday night ride is a longer road ride! With sprints.

Sunday Derby ride. This leaves the Lehigh Valley
Velodrome Parking lot at 10am. This is a controlled pace for about
15 miles then it is a free for all at or above race pace! (It is
normal to climb highway over passes at 30+mph with pros and National
team members at your side!!!! )
